Discount Tire

They saw me waiting for the free tire air check. Waited 30 min. Called them on the phone, was told they are short staffed. Waited a little bit more. No one said hi or nothing kept walking by my car and never approached me once. Extremely bad service here.

First time purchasing tires here, I was surprised by the customer service and friendliness of the crew. Mr. David was great as well and very helpful and professional. I replaced all 4 tires for my vehicle and was out in like 20 minutes. Great experience overall

Darren was nice and helpful. Got my front 2 tires replaced. But when I got my vehicle back I noticed my wheel was dirty. It’s unprofessional and needs to be addressed. For future references clean up after your mess. It’s a shame everything was going good until this happened. Very disappointed

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I called, David was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to answer all of my questions and immediately made me feel like choosing Discount Tire was the right decision. When I arrived, he thoroughly inspected all of my tires, explained everything clearly, and made recommendations that prioritized my safety. I never felt pressured, and he helped me get a great price on two new Pirelli tires. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and I left feeling confident that my car was safe and well taken care of. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for David. He’s professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be back for future tire services!
